I have 14 years of experience as an occupational therapist. I have spent much of that time working with addicts and helping them makeover their day to day habits. I believe that the same methods that help a heroin addict replace their addiction with new, healthy habits can help anyone to create the life they want. I now use that experience to help moms just like you adjust to the role of motherhood, without losing their identities in the process!
