Week 1: The fundamentals
Learn the fundamentals of how to create and sustain good habits. Create the optimum environment where small changes can have big rewards
Week 2: Head
Your brain is where it all begins! Learn how to manage your thoughts and your attention in a world that is constantly vying to distract you from what really matters. Using principles from neuroscience, understand how you can change thinking patterns which are not serving you
Week 3: Home
Learn how your home can nurture and sustain you. Understand what your unique sensory processing system needs to function optimally and how to create an environment in your home to make that happen. Create some home habits that bring you peace and productivity
Week 4: Heart
In this section we tackle your emotions and relationships and how they play into each other. Create meaningful family rituals that bring about a sense of belonging, of joy and of purpose.
Week 5: Health
To thrive mentally you need to have a healthy body and healthy habits. Learn and apply strategies to make healthy eating and exercise a priority and raise those feel good endorphins
Week 6: Putting it all together
Consolidate what you have learnt and learn how to get back on track when it all goes pear-shaped
Life can feel really overwhelming sometimes, I get it! You have loads of responsibilities that never seem to end and sometimes it feels like everything is just getting on top of you. There are things that are really important to you, but you never seem to have time for them. You love your family and want what's best for them but you feel like you don't have the time or space to figure out exactly what the best looks like for you, or how make it happen. You have creative goals and dreams but in trying to make it all happen anxiety can surface and threaten to take over
What I want for you is to feel like you are running your life and not that your life is running you (Into the ground!) I want you to love the life you have, to have time to do the things that you love and to feel like you are thriving and not just surviving. I want you to be able to put mental wellbeing capital in the bank so you have something to withdraw when times get tough.
I have worked in the mental health field as an occupational therapist for more than 11 years now. In that time I have seen how people can completely transform their lives just by making adjustments in how they carry out their day to day activities.
