I'm a mom to two gorgeous, rambunctious boys, aged 4 and 2. My oldest has had a lot of medical challenges and because of that I've spent a lot of time thinking about how to take care of him and myself in the hospital. I am also an occupational therapist with an interest in how our sensory system works to keep us regulated.
